Hydrojet Perforating Tool
Product Description

Hrdrojet Perforating Tool is designed to perforate casing and cement using
abrasive-laden slurry to extend a cavity into the reservoir. The tool can be used independently
to jet perforations or combined with a mechanical set packer to perform multiple functions
in a single trip. Hrdrojet Perforating Too provides perforations with no skin effect or formation damage;
therefore, breakdown pressures for fracture initiation are reduced, leading to more effective
stimulation treatments.
Hrdrojet Perforating Tool does not require explosives and is ideal for perforating operations where well
conditions prohibit the use of electric-line-conveyed guns. The tool can be run with jointed
pipe or coiled tubing and can be used on new oil and gas wells and in existing zones that
require perforation where the buildup of sediment caused by flowing oil decreases production

Applications

Hydrojet Perforating Tool generates high-speed fluid to shoot through casing and cuttings to form holes. The bottom of the hole depends on the annulus fluid, the fluid make-up pressure increases, cracks and fractures will be made after exceeding the formation fracture pressure. Selective directional perforation can be realized in horizontal wells. It has the function of self sealing and can realize the combined operation of multi-stage perforation and frac.

Features, Advantages and Benefits
Hydrojet Perforating Tool is mainly composed of main body, pressure cap, nozzles and other components. Its main working principle is: Convey by tubing or drill pipe to the designed depth, then drop the frac ball to the ball seat surface (single flow valve). Then ground tubing pumps proppant fluid to the perforating tool, to generate pressure difference by throttling the nozzle, converts pressure energy of the perforation fluid into kinetic energy, to shoot through casing to formation.

Hydrojet Perforating Tool can be run with jointed pipe or coiled tubing, enhancing operational flexibility.
