Type 1: High Efficiency Fluid Loss Control Agent for WBM Drilling Fluid (SRD-191)

Product Description
The utility model relates to a filter loss reducing agent which is resistant to high temperature and calcium salt pollution.Suitable for fresh water, salt water, calcium undersaturated salt water drilling fluid pollution, under the condition of 120 ℃ high temperature resistant CaSO₄ 30% NaCl + 30% of NaCl.

Scope and features
1. Applicable to various mud systems, especially environmental mud systems.
2. Good resistance to salt and calcium pollution.
3. This product is non-toxic and biodegradable.

Usage and dosage
Add 0.5 ~ 1.0% in water base drilling fluid.

Type 2: High Temperature Fluid-Loss Control Agent (SOM-03) up to 430℉ (220℃)

Product Description
SOM-03 is a modified compound synthesized by oxidation, condensation and other processes of natural macromolecular compounds. Due to the existence of polar groups such as carboxyl group, hydroxyl group and carbonyl group in the molecular composition, strong adsorption force can be generated on the rock surface.

After it is added into water-in-oil drilling fluid, it can be closely adsorbed on the rock surface in the drilling process.The compound has appropriate average molecular weight and optimized molecular weight distribution, which is conducive to dense adsorption between rock layers and filtration loss reduction at various temperatures.

In the diesel oil base system, SOM-03 can be combined with the primary emulsifier SOM-01 and the secondary emulsifier SOM-02 to obtain the ideal filtration loss reduction performance and improve the demulsification voltage of the system.SOM-03 can be used in the system at low temperature, also can be used for high temperature and ultra high temperature system.

The designed theoretical temperature resistance of SOM-03 can be up to 480℉ (250℃), and the real application of SOM-03 on drilling field is up to 428℉ (220℃). In many field cases over 410℉ (210 ℃) it keeps good fluid loss control effect. It can be used as a individual chemical additive, and also can be used with our OBM system to obtain a better effect of fluid loss.

The fluorescence level of SOM-03 is less than or equal to 5, which can also be used in systems requiring no fluorescence.

Usage and dosage
Add directly into the mud through the feeding funnel.
Recommended amount is 1.5% to 3%. The specific amount depends on the filtration loss.

Type 3: High Temperature Acid Soluble Fluid Loss Additive (SRD-06)

Product Description
SRD-06 is acid soluble polymer fluid loss additive, it is similar with Driscal D polymer. The product is composed of AMPS, AA, AM etc. It could reisist 210 deg.C and applies to deep wells and ultra deep wells. The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.5% in fresh water mud; 0.5-1% in saltwater mud.
