Type 1: Gas Migration Control Agent for All Temperature (SRC-600)
 
Product Description
SRC-600 can form micro bubbles which distribute uniformly in cement slurry to compensate the pressure drop which results from jellification weightlessness and hydrating volume contraction, and enhance cementing strength of cement. Therefore, it can prevent oil, gas and water from migrating efficiently.
Characteristics
 Non-toxic and ordorless.
 With a composition of foamer, foam stabilizer and fluid loss control additive.
 Normal dosage: 0.3﹪~0.6﹪(BWOC)
 The suitable temperature is 25℃~150℃.
 It can produce little and well-distributed foam steadily; moreover, the foaming time is controllable.
 No negative effect to the thickening time, rheological properties and free fluid control of cement slurry, enhancing compression strength significantly.
 Suitable for cement slurry with conventional and low density.
 Particularly suitable for boreholes which have irregular or enlarged hole diameter. It can also be applied for well control and anti-migration in pressure balanced cementing of deep wells and adjusted wells, as well as cementing wells with high pressure and active oil and gas streams.
 Better expanding results can be achieved by mixing it without water instead of mixing with water.

Type 2: Gas Migration Control Agent for Super High Temperature (BA-58)
 
Product Description:
BA-58 Gas Migration Control Agent for Oil Well Cement consists of a high performance siliceous powder combined with alkyd resin. It effects in preventing gas channeling, improving the stability, viscosity and yield value of cement slurry, and reduce its free water. It can produce the shielding effect against the localized stress of cement stone, improve the compactness of the cement stone and increase its impact-resistant toughness, reduce the elasticity modulus and increase the Poisson’s ratio, accelerate the early development of the top cement compressive strength. Especially applied in long cementing segment well.
 
Interaction with Other Additives:
It is compatible with other additives, adapt to all kinds of water.
 
Method of Application:
BA-58 dry mixed in cement.
 
Precautions:
Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves. Avoid inhalation. Do not contact with eyes, skin and clothing. When it contacts skin and eyes, rinse with clean water for 15 minutes. If inhaled, move to fresh air. If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with warm water and call a physician.

Type 3: Latex Gas Migration Control Additive (SRT-100L)

Product Description:

SRT-100L is a kind of butyl benzene latex. In order to prevent the flocculation and flash-setting of cement slurry, high concentrations of surfactants and dispersants are added to latex in production process. Latex slurry has good properties as gas migration control, low fluid loss, good rheology and good flexibility which can be used in high-pressure wells, sidetracking wells, slim hole wells and lateral wells.
